My best moments are spent at Gobelo Farm, nurturing the abundance that our soil has to offer. The best part is seeing what a simple bucket of herbs or a sprawling vegetable patch can look like when it turns up on our plates. Grown-at-home, natural produce is fresher, tastier and more nutritious than anything processed.
Growing our own food not only allows us to reconnect with nature but it empowers us to take control of our health and well-being. Nature provides us with an abundance of natural foods, from fruit and vegetables to grains and legumes. If you look, you’ll find that your surroundings offer a surprising banquet of nourishment. It’s just waiting to be discovered and harvested. We also have the power to cultivate much of what we need to eat, and we can gain a deeper appreciation for the food on our tables when we take part in its journey from our soil to the plate.
